TEACHING PRACTICE
- PROCEDURE OF TEACHING
The teaching process is designed to promote student engagement and
create a student-centered learning environment. It begins with comprehensive
lesson preparation to ensure that students can achieve the defined learning
objectives. The primary aim of this lesson is to facilitate the effective
application of new knowledge by the students.
To support this objective, I have curated a diverse array of instructional materials, including textbooks, visual aids, videos, worksheets, and a PowerPoint presentation.

The teaching steps include:
Warm-Up: This step is intended to ignite students' interest and connect them to the new content.
Formation of New Knowledge: This critical phase involves employing various instructional methods such as direct instruction, visual presentations, videos, and discussions to help students comprehend new concepts and build a solid foundation of understanding.
Practice: This stage provides students with opportunities to reinforce their learning. Through practice, students can apply their knowledge to real-life situations, identify challenges, and adjust their understanding accordingly. This phase is essential for fostering students' confidence before they transition to applying their knowledge in practical contexts.Application: In this stage, students are required to utilize their acquired knowledge to address real-world problems, thereby enhancing their critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Additionally, I assign homework to further reinforce the concepts covered in class.Warp up: I conclude the lesson by providing constructive feedback, acknowledging the class's efforts (when applicable), offering necessary reminders, and engaging in self-reflection to identify areas for improvement in my teaching practice.

- CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT
Classroom management involves creating a positive learning environment
in which students can actively engage in educational activities without
interruption. An effectively managed classroom not only ensures order but also
encourages active participation from students. The seating arrangement
significantly impacts classroom management. To ensure the effectiveness of each
lesson, I will adjust students' seating positions as necessary. Additionally, I
will continuously monitor student behavior to ensure their focus and active
participation. I will also provide timely support to students when needed and
adjust my teaching methods to better meet the needs of all students.

- PROBLEM-SOLVING
Problem:
During my teaching internship abroad, one of the significant challenges I encountered was the language barrier. Students had varying levels of English proficiency, which made it difficult to ensure that all students were actively engaged and understood the lesson content.
Solution:
To address this challenge, I employed a diverse range of visual materials, including images and videos, to facilitate students' ability to visualize and understand the lesson content effectively. I promoted the use of body language and organized group activities, including games and discussions, to cultivate a dynamic and interactive learning environment. These activities not only enhanced students' communication skills but also fostered collaboration and mutual support among peers.
Additionally, I encouraged students to voice any questions or areas of confusion they had, which allowed me to provide timely assistance and adjust my teaching plan to better meet the individual needs of all students.
